Thank you for shopping at Aieda.
Generally, we do not accept returns or refunds.
Exceptions apply in the following cases:
- The item received is defective
- Incorrect specifications (wrong model, color, size, or style) [e.g., you ordered a case for the iPhone 13 Pro Max, but we mistakenly sent one for the iPhone 13]
- Item is out of stock
Other situations, at our (the Aieda team's) discretion
*Customized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable (unless the wrong item was sent or the item is defective).
If you encounter any issues after receiving your order, please feel free to contact us. If we confirm that the item is defective and the fault lies with us, you may choose one of the following options:

Returns and Exchanges
If you receive a defective item (due to our error) or an incorrect item,
you may request a return within [14] days of receipt.
Please contact us before initiating a return so we can verify your eligibility. Returns initiated without prior communication or our consent will not be accepted, and no refunds or exchanges will be processed.
Additionally, the item must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging as when you received it. You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are eligible for a return or exchange, we will provide a return address. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it, notify you, and then process the exchange (shipping the new/correct item). We can only exchange the item for the same model; exchanges for different products are not supported.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Special Circumstances:
If a return is approved for reasons other than quality issues , the customer is responsible for both the return shipping costs and the original shipping costs (i.e., covering shipping fees twice)
Q: If I ordered the wrong model by mistake and only realized after receiving the package that the size was incorrect and didn't fit my phone, can I request a return, refund, or exchange?
A: Unfortunately, since we fulfilled the order based on your selection, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. If you need a phone case for your specific model, you can place a separate order, and we will process it once payment is received.
